Free Forms has no accounts. Submissions are emailed to the form owner and not stored, except that up to 10 sent before the owner confirms their email are held until they confirm. A form's name, fields and owner email are kept until the owner deletes it with the "Manage or delete this form" link in any of our emails; a form never confirmed is removed automatically 30 days after it was created; a deleted form is erased within 3 days.
